Always one to test the boundaries of conventional photo shoots, Steven Meisel gives Vogue Italia's very first issue of 2010 an interesting spring. While last month it was all about celebrating the fashion world's obsession with Twitter, this time he's given Karlie Kloss the task which no model really want to expirence: Falling on the runway.
